- All vehicle brand names, model names, and logos displayed within the Platform are trademarks of their respective manufacturers and are used solely for identification and informational purposes.
- Vehium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer whose brand or model names appear on the Platform.
- Vehicle brand and model data is stored as user-submitted text for the purpose of vehicle identification in service records. This constitutes nominative fair use, referencing products by their trademarked names for identification purposes as recognized by U.S. courts and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) are standardized identifiers governed by ISO 3779 and are not proprietary to any manufacturer.
