Billing questions
- Is VAT included in the €19.99?
- No. VAT is applied at checkout according to the country you register your workshop in. The VAT you charge your own customers is configured separately, per tax rate, inside Workshop Settings.
- Do I pay per mechanic?
- No. One subscription covers your whole workshop. Add as many employees, roles and vehicles as you need at no extra cost.
- What does the customer app cost my customers?
- Nothing, ever. The Vehium customer app is free to download and free to use, and it stays free regardless of your plan.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Cancel from Workshop Settings and your subscription runs to the end of the paid period. Your data remains exportable.
- What is in the Exclusive package?
- Everything in Standard, plus API access, custom integrations, a white-label customer app, on-premise deployment and dedicated support. Pricing depends on scope, so contact us to discuss it.
